What led us to you was a directive from management that we
accelerate a
plan to have an online magazine by nearly two years. We were
given about
three working days to find a site, select the software, create
and load
initial pages and learn how to do all of the foregoing.
There are thousands of service providers that compete with
you. We spent
more man hours surveying the web for a host than we did anything
else in
the project. We needed to be sure the service provider we selected
was
going to be in business, provide the services and do so in a
professional
manner. Our reputation as an online magazine ultimately depends
on it.

answered our questions - and that documentation was available
to us before
we signed up. Third, you handled the domain name registration
exactly
like you said you would - your immediate assignment of a IP number
to us
allowed others in our work group as far away as Seattle to look
in and
guide us on design issues. The speed your servers operate at
is
incredible.
Best of all is the full package of features that come with
the basic
service. You have provided us with everything we will need now,
and in
the forseeable future. You did so at a fraction of the cost of
our
original plan - our own server and T1 line. You have already
saved us
thousands of dollars and our relationship.
Simply put, you folks are awesome. Anyone that is considering
using a
third-party host can do no better on this planet that SpringWeb.
